90 degree lightning male to female?

Hi everyone

I've just purchased a stabilising gimbal and want to use an external levalier mic when using my iPhone X on the gimbal. I can use the Apple lightning to audio cable but I don't like how the cable gets squished into a 90 degree bend, surely that's going to reduce the life of the cable.

What I'm looking for is either a lightning extender, 90 degree on one end and a lightning socket on the other. OR, a 90 degree lightning connector to 3.5mm socket cable.

I've been searching but can't find one. Do they even exist? Any pointers where I need to look? I'm in the UK but don't mind ordering internationally.
