Cannot Turn off and Delete Health Data in iCloud

Hi,

I have 2.3 GB of Health Data stored in iCloud and I wanted to delete it. When I go to turn if off and delete Health Data in iCloud settings on my iPhone, it'll saying Deleting for about 5 minutes, but nothing happens. It'll just return back to the Turn off and Delete settings screen and the 2.3GB is still there.

I'm using iPhone X with iOS 11.3.1. My other devices are iPads and an Apple 2 Watch, so I don't think there is another device that would be using Health Data on my iCloud account.

Any help would be appreciated.
