audio from video editor. issue about panning multichannel audio file.

I had a file from a video editor, it is a simple stereo file but appear with a squared icon top next to the name, I did a small bounce to test it as a stereo file and I see it level unbalanced. there is any way to "unlink" the multichannel audio file into logic and pan it correctly, ? in Protools, this is done quite easily.

it was the first thing I did, and of course, I could only pan a lav and a direct dslr ambient mic, on L and R, unfortunately, there any utility in this, I need to split on mono tracks, the only thing I could be to bounce as split track.

the easiest way to make it is is using WAVE AGENT.
