Time Capsule no longer backs up now that I've switched to Cox Contour. Guessing that the settings on the Time Capsule need to be changed. Yes, my firmware is up-to-date

Whenever you change Internet providers, or you change the device to which the Time Capsule connects.....you need to reset the Time Capsule back to default settings and then set it up again so that it can pick up the new settings that it needs from your new router.
You can perform either a Hard Reset (easier for most users) or a Factory Default Reset (not as easy, since it almost requires 3 hands) to get the Time Capsule back to default settings. Reference this Apple Support document if you need more info about resets.

Once the Time Capsule has been reset, make sure that an Ethernet cable connects from one of the LAN <--> ports on the Cox router to the WAN "O" port on the Time Capsule, then set up the Time Capsule again, just like you did when you first purchased the product.
You can use the same device name and password that you used before, or use a new device name and password for the Time Capsule.
If you need more help with this, we need to know whether you are using a Mac, a PC, or an iPhone / iPad to set up the Time Capsule.....in order to provide the correct instructions, since the setup is different depending on what device is being used.
Thank you, Bob.
