Only Logic Remote runs on iOS devices. Logic Pro X is a Mac product.
You can create new tracks and press the record button from logic remote if that's what you mean. I don't think you can launch a brand new project though.
BenB has responded correctly - I thought you asking about compatibility with the "iPad pro" specifically vs other iPads and it was understood that Logic Remote is the logic pro x app that run on IOS to control logic pro x. My bad
