Is there a way to get the "Format Text" tab to appear in iCloud's calendar in Outlook?

I just installed iCloud so that I can sync calendar items between Outlook 2010 on my pc and with my iPhone. So far it's working but the iCloud calendar that is created in Outlook doesn't have the "Format Text" tab available in appointments. I can live with that, but the problem is that the default font size in the appointment notes are too small to read. So I'm unable to change the font size in the appointment notes. Note, this also means that you can't copy and paste differently formatted text into the appointment notes either (it gets automatically formatted into iCloud's default font & size). Outlook's default calendar (which you can't use any more if you're planning to sync it with iCloud) does still have the "Format Text" tab appearing in appointments. Is there a way to get that "Format Text" tab to appear in iCloud's calendar as well? Or any other way to change the font size in the iCloud calendar appointment notes?

There was a thread started about this exact topic about 6 years ago which is located here: iCloud disabled font functions in Outlook calendar Surely there has to be an update 6 years later? Anyone?
