can i gift an already purchased ibook?
I want to send a book to a friend that I already purchased. Would I have to pay for the book again or is there a way of just sending the book?

You will have to pay for the book again, the book that you bought on your account is tied to your account and can't be gifted or given or loaned to anybody else.
