My Apple watch changes watch faces to chronograph.

I have one watch face that I use. When i put my hand down and raise to wake my watch, the chronograph watch face pops up and not my original watch face. I only have the one watch face so I am not accidentally swiping to change the face. Watch and OS are up to date.
