iOS on Mobile Devices: "Server Stopped Responding" All the time!
Since mid-April!
I'll go to a website on my iPad or iPhone, and the little
blue progress line moves from left to right, quickly at
first, then slows to a dead halt about 1/4 of the way
across. Content area remains white, then about 10-

20 seconds later message displays:
"Safari could not open the page because the server stopped responding"
