I can't play explicit songs on iTunes even though I checked the restrictions in Settings

I'm using a MacBook Air High Sierra 10.13.2, iTunes version 12.7.2.60

I can't play explicit songs, and I've already made sure I don't have any restrictions in the settings.

I'm using a university student apple music subscription if that makes a difference. Does it matter what region you're in?
