Is there a way for handwriting to text with iPad Pro

Is there away for iPad Pro to change handwritten notes to text so they can be spell checked and sent as regular email? I have TBI (traumatic brain injury) from the deployment in the Army and was given an iPad Pro and iPencil to aid in taking notes at multiple meetings so I can disseminate to staff in between meeting quickly; however, i have cognitive challenges now and typing is one of them.

I have tried several apps in the App Store that claim this but they did nothing more than make a document that was basically a photo to email as an attachment and did not convert handwriting to text.

I have a new 10.5 inch IPad Pro with WiFi and cellular Model: MPHV2LL/A with 256Gb memory, Using iOS 11.3.1

I don't know if it appropriate to recommend a specific commercial product, but given the nature of the question and the users' specific needs I will go ahead with a suggestion. I have been using the program "MyScript Nebo" to convert handwriting to text that can be exported to other programs. It may suit your requirements. [I have no ties to the developer.] Other community members may have other specific recommendations.
