hello, i just rented the darkes hour movie.. in the summary there was a 4K Quality information.. the movie ststred well in 4K But after 30-40 minutes the Quality changed to worst.. i tryied to restart my Apple tv device and after restart i saw in the movie summary only SDH Quality.. how is that possible and why it happened????
It's available in 4K, SDH refers to subtitles for the deaf and hard of hearing.
Check your current connection to make sure you are getting at least 25mbps
Make sure DNS is set to auto (settings - network)
If on wifi try ethernet
To see a current status of the network get a report from istumbler, netstumbler or similar. Look for signal strength, noise, nearby networks
Test on another network
