Contact and Apple ID together

My apple id picture is changed, and for some reason a contact is changed to. When ever i try to change the contact photo back on his contact, my Apple ID photo also changes.

In a simple way, if I change any Apple ID, someone’s contact photo changes to. If I change the contact my Apple ID photo changes.
