Home Screen overlay

I have somehow got a transparent filter overlay on my iPhone screen that i cant remove also a grey back screen that i cant remove. I have tried reseting my phone but noting works. Also on home screen there is a thick grey panel at the bottom that wont go. Any help please?

Once you have backed up, you can reinstall the iOS software using this link:
If you can’t update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
If the issue is still present, try restoring the iPhone to factory settings and setting it up as a new iPhone:
