Siri thinks I have a garage

For some weeks now, when I ask Siri to turn off or on my lights or my fan that are connected to Home, she will do what asked but additionally says that she is closing my garage door. I have no garage and have definitely not added anything like that in my home configuration. How to get rid of this?
