face id open by my friends face

i have been using iphone from 6 years and i got a new iphone X too and after using for 3 months one fine day my friend took my phone to call someone at that time my phone lock opened at his hands by seeing his face than my phone lock was opening for both our faces than we both had been to ideation Mysore were i got my phone and they too was in a shock and they reset my face id and for few days if was opening only for my face and now once more the face id lock is getting open t my friends face and check my phone and see all my data and make payments from their face , i need apple to solve this problem and i have done its video too and show you all and even all apple store employs know about the problem in my iphone x and still and apple security is not strong
