If it’s just happening to the one App then try deleting (from the home screen) and then search and reinstall it from the App Store.
You have a lot pending ie 26, sometimes this can cause issues especially if Network is slow, if you have selected “Update All” then try doing a few individually, a bit long winded but might help.
ps, and the warning points to an issue “...at this time” and not “...the same time”, a little different but might be relevent if you have to speak to Apple.
