3D Touch Broken

I have an iPhone 8 Plus, and recently, I had the screen fixed at the Apple store cause it was cracked, and now when I press down on the screen in the lower right hand part of the screen, a rainbow effect pops up as if I’m pressing down way to hard but it doesn’t happen in any other part of the screen. I’m guessing this has something to do with the 3D Touch not working down there but idk, cause it works every where else perfectly fine except that one area.
