Not directly. Microsoft stopped making a Mac compatible version of Internet Explorer in 2006.

The current version of Internet Explorer (IE 11) is the last one Microsoft has said will be made. Starting with Windows 10, Microsoft has moved to their Edge Browser.

If you really need to run Internet Explorer or even Edge for any reason, you would need to install Windows either via Bootcamp or through virtualization software such as Parallels or Virtual Box.
