MacBook Pro keeps restarting after 10.13.4 Update

Hi,

I have recently upgraded my Late 2011 15 inch MacBook Pro to High Sierra 10.13.4 and it keeps randomly restarting, saying that there has been a Kernel Panic. This usually happens when I go to the Restart or Shutdown Dialog or even try to enter Time Machine.

I have tried a fresh install of High Sierra 10.13.4 and this issue is still occurring, I was going to try and revert back to 10.13.3 but I can't seem to find the download anymore, so I am not sure what to do!

Any advice would be much appreciated.
