My calls from my phone show in recent calls on other device. How to stop this?

If both devices are signed into iCloud with the same Apple ID there is no way to prevent the Recent calls lists from syncing. You may want to make a suggestion to Apple that they offer an option: Feedback - iPhone - Apple
