Activity and Health App not working

Since I got my iPhone 7 pretty much exactly one year ago, my health app hasn’t worked. None of the data that I’m able to put in stays in and the dashboard doesn‘t even pop up, it just has a loading circle. And since I don’t have a health app that works, my activity app didn’t download on my iPhone when I set up my Apple Watch. I have no clue how to fix this problem and I really need it fixed. There are other apps that are being effected by my health all not working. Thanks in advance. GG.
