my wife has been locked out of her i-pad, it keeps asking for a"exchange account" password, what is this, also she cannot receive or retrieve any e-mails
Generally Exchange accounts are provided by an employer or school and may add profiles to the iPad to require certain security measures.
If its asking for an Exchange Account password it probably referring to her work or school email account password
