Credit Lost

Hi Apple.

I recently redeemed a gift voucher for $30 AU and I spent $1 on an iCloud storage upgrade for 50GB.

I know I am meant to have $49 Au but now it is on $0.49!

Please Help!

i had found an unidentified subscription that used my $30. I deleted the app a while ago, but did not know it was a subscription, i didn’t get a prompt of subscribing either. I tried to cancel it but I didn’t know how. So the subscription was still going even when I didn’t have the app, on any of my devices.

Is there a way I can retrieve some of the credit back?

Just so you know, if an app says you can try it for free, or one month free, anything along that line... it's a subscription. The billing will kick in after the free trial period ends.

Deleting the app doesn't cancel the subscription.
