How to remove/uninstall GoToMeeting with a grey out icon in launchpad

Hi,

I would like to remove the GoToMeeting in launchpad, it doesn't exist in application anymore. I can't drag it to trash as it doesn't jiggle like other apps. I tried GoToMeeting removal tool and it doesn't work. I tried to locate it in folder with key words 'citrixonline' and delete the folder (there's nothing in the folder). But it's still in the launchpad. What should I do?
