Every time I try to update my phone or apps it sends me to my billing info, but I haven’t purchased anything and no matter what correct billing info I put in it says it’s declined and I can never move on and now my phone is messing up tremendously because I can’t update it. What do I do?
It doesn't matter whether you have or haven't purchased anything, when you have a payment method on an account it has to be a valid payment method and pass the iTunes validation. If the card is a debit card that might be why it's being declined, not all debit cards seem to still work with iTunes. Try a different card (preferably a credit card), or see if you can remove the card.
