Need to delete an unsent message

I hope someone can help. I tried to send a video via email on an iPhoneX. The file was too big and now it is sitting in the outbox just spinning and not allowing any other email to be sent from that address. How do I delete it?

See if restarting your iPhone helps.

Press and hold the Side button and either volume button until the slider appears.
Drag the slider to turn your iPhone X completely off.^*
After your iPhone X turns off, press and hold the Side button again until you see the Apple logo.
