"printtool is trying to modify the printer settings"

Just got to a hotel. Every 30-40 seconds, this window pops up. How do I turn this off?

I just want to be a goof off and browse the Internet. "Cancel" makes it keep coming back.

Is this a legit thing or is it a hacker or something??

Your Print & Scan preferences are trying to attach to a printer no longer connected. Open the preferences and disconnect your printer.
