Why won’t my volume work?

I have an iphone 7 and ever since I downloaded iOS 11.3.1 it has gone down hill. My volume won’t work when I record snapchat videos Or videos on my camera roll. Siri also doesn’t work. I’ve tried switching the ringer off, I’ve tried my privacy and microphone settings, I’ve tried many things and nothing Works. Please help.
