Connect Airport Express via WiFi to Captive Network

I am attempting to connect an Airport Extreme and Time Capsule to a captive WiFi network that requires browser authentication. I have tried several permutations of the Airport Utility to no avail. I do not have access to any Ethernet ports or routers.

Has anyone successfully connected or extended a captive Wifi network using a browser portal? The end goal is to back up my machines to Time Capsule and create a home network with the Airport Express.

Can Airport Time Capsule Be Used as Primary Router I recently purchased a time capsule in hopes of using it to extend my wifi network in the upper level of my home. After speaking with Apple, it can apparently not extend my existing network as that is not from an Apple router. Is there a way to either have this function as my primary router or does anyone have a way to have it function as an extended from a non-apple router?

AirPort Utility not detecting AirPort Express (2nd Gen) to extend existing AirPort Time Capsule network I have an AirPort Time Capsule 3TB 802.11ac connected and working. I want to extend this existing network with an AirPort Express 802.11n (2nd Generation) but it's not showing up under Other Wi-Fi Devices ("No new Wi-Fi devices discovered") in AirPort Utility (v6.3.9). I connected the AP Express to the AP Time Capsule using a physical ethernet cable and AirPort Utility immediately detected the AP Express and I was able to configure it. While it was connected, I made sure that all devices had the most recent firmware versions available. However, once I disconnect the cable it's not able to detect it over wi-fi. Here's what I have done so far: Restarted my computer, AP Express, and AP Time Capsule Hard reset all devices and successfully re-created the network using the AP Time Capsule Screen captures of current config in case that can help Thanks in advance for your help.
