The only way to recover a deleted message is to restore your device to a backup that was made when the message was on the device. If you have no backup, the message is gone.
Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support
Remember, that restoring a device to a backup takes you back to that date/time and anything done since that backup is gone.
