My iPhone 8 no longer plays any videos (camera roll, Facebook, YouTube), I can’t listen to music that is on my phone, it starts, there is no sound and then it says ‘not playing’.
The phone doesn’t ring nor vibrate if call comes in and randomly resets when using an app.
I have tried all suggestions I found online but nothing works. Hard reset, network reset, restart etc.
There are no replies.
