deleting files when iCloud is full
My iCloud is full. So I need to delete some document files.
There are 33GB of document, but I can only see 1.7GB. How can I remove the hidden files?
Mac mini, macOS High Sierra (10.13.3)
If you follow what Carolyn posted and you still can't find the documents, other people have posted similar problems and after contacting iCloud support, found it was a server problem. iCloud support reset everything. You may have to politely ask for a level 2 person.
You may have to try twice.
