iPhone 8 shuts down at 10%

So I've got an iPhone 8 a couple months ago, it has been running really good, but the problem is with the battery. The phone will charge itself really well, but the problem is when it hits 10%, and just shuts down, then when connected and It will turn on immediately after a couple of seconds with 10%. I don't know how to fix this need help!
