Browser update unwanted. help

Hi. I have no idea how my browser updated , and now i open my Safari up to the "search.anysearchmanager.com" in my search field, and I can't get rid of it. I am reading that it is a virus or hack and that my computer is now in jeopardy. Help?! All of the fixes I read about ask you to download an uninstaller and I think that they are trouble too.

Can I delete this myself somehow?
