My friend and me tried to make an in-app purchase. It iold us that this item was already bought and asked us do we want to get it for free. We clicked "continue" and nothing happened. We tried to restore it with the in game "restore purchases" and nothing happened. We have never played for it, so idk why a message like that will show up. The purchase isn't an in-game currency, it more like a DLC. Any help?

Soo the game I'm talking about is "card wars" adventure time card game. When I look it up it doesn't show any results. Could it be that the purchase is failed because the game is off the app store? On the second screen shot it's the app in the middle.
