Did this come from apple?

Definitely not from Apple. It is a phishing attempt. Do not respond to or otherwise act on the email.

For future reference, just look at the typos and broken English. That is a dead give away of a scam attempt.

"This message is send"

"Transaction" shouldn't be capitalized.

What information did you provide at the scam site?

Change your iTunes password.

Contact your credit card company and inform them of the scam.
