iPhone 7 charging port being selective

As the title suggests, my iPhone 7 has been selective of certain lightning cords. I’m using a fused chicken brand cord it has been working perfectly until lately. it feels “loose” like the cord is securely attached but would charge and then not charge then charge depending on how I angle my phone. I asked my other friends to use the cord ant they work fine. It also worth noting that when my battery drains and I use the same fused chicken cord, it charged without a problem up until it boots up again and then I would angle it in a certain way to charge properly.

Btw when I use an original Apple cord, my phone charges fine. Borrowe my dad’s.

could anyone explain or help how to fix this issue? I don’t wanna buy a new cord since the fused chicken cord is still new
