Everytime I plug my iPhone into my Macbook Pro it doesn't stop vibrating like when it starts charging

Every time I connect my Iphone 6S in my Macbook Pro (early 2015) it doesn't stop vibrating like charging/discharging. I know that it's not a cable or USB port problem because when i plug the iPhone at the charger it works fine.

USB ports neither of my USB ports will charge my iPhone. It "charges" my phone on and off for no longer than 2 seconds, so my phone is constantly vibrating when it connects/disconnects. I have tried various cables. I am able to successfully use the USB ports to charge anything else such as earphones, fitbit, power bank.
