Who sees the answers to your question?

Yes it is a public forum. The OP and all following post are received by default (unless you turn it off) to anyone participating —and anyone who clicks the "Follow" button.

All users have the ability to see all responses to a thread. That is why you are told to search when you first come to the forum, to see if your question has been asked/answered in the past.
