If I did not turn on the microphone on screen recordings can i get it back?

Hi! I took a screen recording of a video on a facetime between me and one of my friends! And her boyfriend asked her to marry him and I really thought the moment was beautiful but I completely forgot to turn on the microphone so I was really hoping that you could somehow get the audio back!!
