Not powering on Beats x

Dear Attendant,

Just purchased Beats X, updated through web portal, in portal its showing 100% Battery. but the Earphone is not powering on, also tried to do reset but the problem is same.

What to do?

Reset BeatsX

Hold down both the power button and volume down button for 10 seconds.
When the LED indicator light flashes, release the buttons. Your earphones are now reset and ready to be set up with your devices again.

That just happened to me also, and I’ve done several troubleshooted “fixes”, however none of them have worked for me. So, after a few days of trying for a long period of time, I want something that works or just give me a new one

It doesn't work it just flashes red and white. Is there any way I can fix it without getting a replacement?
