why when I wrote the serial. They appeared " Please enter a valid serial number. "

But I wrote the true serial. please help!

yes I wrote 17 digit code on the bottom of the mouse.

The seller said that " mouse and trackpad, keyboard can't check coverage." I don' t know why???

What exactly are you trying to do? Is this a mouse you have bought second hand? If so how long ago and how old is it? Guarantees for hardware can be passed on but the guarantee coverage is usually 1 year from the original purchase date.

Sorry if I am not at my brightest this morning but I still can't see what you are trying to do. Unlike a machine, the mouse guarantee does not have to be registered. The receipt is your guarantee (take a photocopy for security).
