Serial number coverage problem

macbook air m1 serial number stopped being checked on checkcoverage page. It says unable to check the number.

If by "checkcoverage page" you are referring to the following link: Check Your Service and Support Coverage, and you are getting a message that says this is an invalid serial number, then use the following link to try to get this resolved:
