I have now moved to India and trying to connect this model A1861 over cellular network, howver, the same is showing note supported.

Further, i have checked apple website which states this model is not supported for cellular services in India.

Since i have already invested my money in this product, pls suggest me solution for the problem so that i can use cellular services in India

There is nothing you can do to make your US sourced Apple Watch connect on the Indian cellular networks. As @deggie has pointed out, the US networks use different cellular frequencies and the A1861 hardware is not compatible with the Indian networks, details online at Apple Watch - Carriers - Apple

Your watch A1861 can never be made compatible, so it will never work for standalone cellular functions on the Indian networks. It seems you have two possible choices:

1. The watch will pair and work with any compatible iPhone (iPhone 6 or later) and it will work like the GPS-only non cellular model. This is the normal operating mode when your iPhone and watch are within range, so all you lose is the standalone cellular connectivity when the phone is out of range.

2. If you need standalone cellular functions in India your only option is to acquire the correct model, A1891. It would be your choice whether to retire the A1861, or try to sell it and recover some of the cost.
