so recently I bought 50GB for my iCloud but whenever I delete a picture it still says it’s full even though I have lots available. Is this normal? Do I have to wait for it to get processed?

Once your iCloud storage purchase is completed, you should not have to wait for any further processing. I would suggest signing out of iCloud, restart your device, and then sign back in. If that doesn't resolve the problem, then contact Apple Support:
