Home Screen doesn’t respond at all.?

What if front screen of my iphone 7plus won’t respond to any touch at all. No option to even put in passcode because screen doesn’t respond at all? There must be a way to reset phone with volume buttons or something. Plz help I really do not wanna drive 3hrs back and forth to apple store
