Deleted from iPhone but still on iCloud

So i have an iPhone 7 and every time i delete a photo from my iPhone, when i go in to iCloud through Chrome it shows a lot of deleted pictures that are not in my iPhone, and its the only device i have.

I'd like to be able to deleted a photo from my iPhone and also from everywhere else at the same time. Is there an option for that?

Open Settings. Tap on your name at the top. Tap on iCloud. Turn on iCloud Photos. This will sync all photos in your iCloud account with the phone, and vice versa. If you delete a photo from Photos on your iPhone they will also be deleted from https://icloud.com and any devices that share that iCloud ID. Note that when you delete a photo it goes to a sort of "trash" - an album named "Recently deleted". If you truly want to get rid of photos permanently you must delete them from Recently Deleted also.
