how do i get the volume up for the calls?
When I call someone the volume is very quiet, but volume on everything else is fine

If you mean that the earpiece volume is low when you're listening to the person on the other end of the call, remember that you need to raise the volume while you are on the call. So, make a call, then use the volume up button to increase the volume.
