Call volume
When making or receiving calls the other person is not very loud. They can hear me but I can hardly hear them? Tried all the obvious, turning up volume etc while on call. Any suggestions

I just fixed my wife’s iPhone 7 with the same problem. Put a small piece of painters tape (usually blue) over the small “line” of speaker at the top of your phone and then gently press (I used a wooden chopstick). After a second or two, slowly pull away. I did this three times and it made a huge difference in call volume. Painters tape is best because it is designed not to leave residue. Good luck!

Check to make sure the earpiece speaker area is clean.
Clean the earpiece area with a brush. I had the same issue.
